- Q1: Which Epson printers are supported?

- Q2: I'm unable to update the firmware on my product in order to print using AirPrint. What should I do?
A: Make sure there is no error message on the product's control panel and that there is no memory card inserted in the product. If there is an error message, check the User's Guide on how to resolve it.
- Q3: Which applications support AirPrint?
A: Built-in Apple applications such as Mail, Camera, Photos and Safari support AirPrint. Please check with the relevant application manufacturers to determine if the application supports AirPrint.
- Q4: What is Apple's AirPrint technology?
A: AirPrint allows Apple mobile devices and Macs to wirelessly print without installing a printer driver.
- Q5: Which Apple devices does AirPrint support?
A: AirPrint supports Apple Mobile devices with iOS 4.2 systems and Mac systems with Mac OS X 10.7 or later.
- Q6: Which Apple mobile devices are supported?
A: iPad (all models), iPhone (3GS or later) and iPod touch (3rd generation or later) running iOS 4.2 system or later.
- Q7: Which paper sizes does AirPrint Support?
A: A4 and Letter sized plain paper for document printing and 4x6 Premium Glossy Photo Paper for photo printing.
- Q8: When I print multiple copies of the same photo I see a slight color change in the prints. What should I do?
A: Please check back here for an update. Epson is working on a solution for this issue.
- Q9: Sometimes a blank page prints when I print a multiple page document from Microsoft Word. What should I do?
A: Convert the Microsoft Word document to a PDF file, then print it using Adobe Reader.
